Run back and flip the switch again to stop it in its tracks. Use your flashlight to slow him down a bit, too. Then, head towards the Patient a little ways until it gets up and starts to follow you. So run back and flip it again to turn the lights off. You’ll need to go back and flip the switch again to shut off the lights and get the Patient out of the wheelchair. You’ll need to find a way to get through the next door, and unfortunately, it’ll require getting that Patient out of its wheelchair. Here, you’ll find a Patient in a tub and one in a wheelchair. On the right, there's a button you’ll have to push to get through, so throw one of the soap bars on the floor at it. Crawl through and you'll find glitching remains by a bath tub. Move the box in the back left to reveal a vent. So switch them back on, and head to the back of the room first. Not all of them, but the ones in this area. On the other side of this area, you’ll find a switch to turn some of the lights back on. Then, quickly climb up the file cabinet at the end of the hallway and climb through the vent. There’ll be a couple Patients lying on the floor that will try to get you, but Mono will automatically shine the flashlight on them while running. Take a right at the end of the hall and keep running. You need to find one more fuse before you can get to the elevator. Once you’re back in the main room, head to the room on the far left side of the second level. Continue through to the next room, where you’ll find Six playing with some of the prosthetic limbs on the floor. Then, take your hammer to smash open a hole in it to get through. There’ll be a box blocking this door, so move it out of the way. It’ll take three swings to fully take it down, but once you have it, you’re in the clear to take the fuse and go left. There’s a hammer on the floor, thankfully, so pick it up and smack it once it comes close. Here, you’ll find the fuse!īefore grabbing it, though, you’ll have to take care of the hand. Climb up on the table in the middle of the room. Again, be prepared to run, as the hand is lurking close by. Then, climb up the shelves and drop down into this next area. These areas are safe, as it can’t reach this high up. It’ll pop down in front of you, so move around it to reach the table and climb up. You’ll hear the living hand moving around above you, so start sprinting forward. Once you drop down, head down the hallway and through the door on the left. It’ll follow you, so keep moving quickly through the vent. It’ll go underneath to follow you to the other side, so when you have an opening, run to the other side and start climbing up. There’s also a door that requires a key on the right, which you’ll find the answer to on the first level. There’s an elevator on the second level and a gated area that requires fuses to work. Once it shuts off, and you’re back on your feet, go right all the way before heading upstairs. Go up to it and interact with it, tuning it until you’re brought back into the long hallway. This will lead you into a room with another TV. Pick up the can and throw it at the button to open the door. You’ll have to push a button here to open the door in this room, so head to the vending machine and pull the lever to get something to throw. The end of this hallway is blocked, so head down the other hallway towards the door at the far right with light coming out of it. Then, backtrack and go through the door on the right. Continue moving forward into the next area.Īt the back of this room with the beds, you’ll find glitching remains. Toggle it on while navigating this next area, as the room is very dark. In this next room, you’ll find a flashlight on the ground. Hurry over to it and lift it open before the elevator falls, then crawl inside. Once it lowers a little, a vent will appear on the right. However, once you land on it, it’ll start to drop. This will bring you into an elevator shaft. Then, take this fuse over to the far right end of the hallway where there’s another glowing light.
